How we handle your information — in plain language, because that's how we do everything.

What we collect

If you submit our contact form, we receive what you type: your name, phone number, business type, and anything you add in the optional message field. You choose to send it; we never collect it silently.

Like most websites, we may also use basic analytics to understand how the site is used — things like which pages are visited and which buttons are clicked. This is aggregate usage data, not a profile of you.

How we use it

We use your contact details for exactly one thing: getting back to you about your website — your free audit, your questions, or your project.

We do not sell your information. We do not rent it. We do not add you to a mailing list you didn't ask for.

Forms and third-party services

Our contact form is delivered to our inbox by a form-processing service, which handles spam filtering on our behalf. Your submission passes through that service solely to reach us.

If analytics are active, they are provided by a third-party analytics service and configured to anonymize IP addresses. Links to other websites are governed by those sites' own privacy policies.

How long we keep it, and your choices

We keep lead and client correspondence only as long as it's useful for working together. If you want your information deleted, ask — one call or email is enough, and we'll remove it.

You can browse this entire site without submitting anything; the form is always optional, and calling us works just as well.
